Vegan: Radish, Garlic, Gochugaru flakes, Pears, Apples, Ginger, Mushroom extract, Vegan soy sauce, Green onions, Gochugaru powder, Onions, Salt, Sugar.
Keep refrigerated. Can be stored for up to 3 months, best consumed within one week for geotjeori-style flavor.
