Napa kimchi is a staple of Korean cuisine and arguable its most well-known dish. But more accurately known as baechu-geotjeori (배추겉절이), our flavour-packed napa cabbage offers something different from your usual kimchi.
Best translated to "fresh kimchi", this method yields kimchi that is vibrant, savoury, and still crunchy! Our version is perfect for those who find kimchi fermented all the way too tangy or earthy.

Fresh kimchi | 배추겉절이
Original: Napa cabbage, Garlic, Gochugaru flakes, Pears, Apples, Ginger, Fish extract, Fish sauce (contains shellfish), Green onions, Gochugaru, Onions, Salt, Sugar.
Vegan: Napa cabbage, Garlic, Gochugaru flakes, Pears, Apples, Ginger, Mushroom extract, Vegan soy sauce, Green onions, Gochugaru powder, Onions, Salt, Sugar.
Keep refrigerated. Can be stored for up to 3 months, but best consumed within one week for geotjeori-style flavor.
