  • Literally translating to “mixed vegetables”, we've stayed true to the root of the term and crafted an originally vegan recipe. Our glass noodles use traditional dangmyeon (당면), or sweet potato starch noodles, which we sauté with an assortment of vegetables and vegan seasonings.

Once a royal dish prized for its variety, japchae is now an essential for traditional celebrations. Though often served as banchan, you can also eat this as a main. Whatever tickles your fancy!

Available in regular (16oz) and large (32oz). Please reach out directly to info@sodaam.com to fulfill different sizing needs.
